Fee: 1 hr x $275 (ex-GST)

Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours from the appointment to receive a refund.

GM on Call (Intensive)
Do you wish you had the dedicated support of a senior partner in your business, or maybe just someone to use as a regular sounding board for business decisions?
Often small businesses can’t support a General Manager role and it’s up to the business owner to wear all the management and leadership hats at once.
This service gives you access to my 30 years of lived experience in running small businesses.
As your General Manager on Call, you can:
Bounce ideas around to land on practical solutions
Ask for help solving day to day operational and financial issues
Discuss strategies to deal with a problem client, or team member.
Get advice on managing change
You can use this time for your own professional development; most often the business owner is the last person in the team to receive training and support.

13 x 90-minute fortnightly coaching sessions over 6 months (includes one bonus wrap-up session at the end of the program)
30 minutes of my preparation time before each session (including pre-reading of any materials you send me at least 48 hours beforehand)
30 minutes write-up time (e.g. session outcomes and action items – sent to you within 48 hours)

Allowance resets each month, unused questions do not roll-over
1 x 20 minute ‘emergency call’ each month (quick response questions only)

GM on Call (Lite)
Do you feel like you could use some support, or maybe just polish up some of your business management skills? I can help you, as your General Manager on call.
With the Lite program, you’ll have access to me each month and have someone to hold you accountable. Often the best laid plans are left undone because there’s no consequence if we don’t follow through.

Virtual GM
The Virtual GM (General Manager) service is only available to business owners who have worked with me via GM on Call or the Finance and Operations Review. You can have me as your virtual GM for an agreed amount of time per fortnight or month, on-site or remote, working right alongside you in your business.
Here’s how it works:
Together we’ll define the extent of support your business needs; whether to test the need for a permanent GM role, work through a special project or growth period where you need increased management capacity. You might just need someone to report to each quarter to review your results and keep you on track.
I can even help you assess where I can bring the most value, if you don’t know exactly what you need, but know you need something!
I can work across your business operations, finance, and resource management with you to achieve the outcomes you need, all without the investment in a permanent hire.
Use this service for a minimum of three months and for as long as you need.
Fees are calculated on my day rates (onsite and remote options).
On-site day rate, maximum 8 hrs = $1750 (ex GST)
Remote day rate, maximum 8 hrs = $1400 (ex-GST)
