Getting
to know me…
My name is Sharon McNamara, and I’m here to work alongside you and guide you as your business advisor.
Using a combination of planning and execution skills, I can apply the right models and systems to help you bring about significant change. Need support with the nitty gritty? I do more than just write the plan with you, I can ‘do-it-for-you’, if that’s what you need. I’m easy to get along with, yet focused and determined. And I won’t just tell you what you want to hear.
I’m empathetic, I get small business owners, I am one, after all.
My service and expertise is best suited to service-based businesses, whether you are selling B2B or B2C.
When you work with me, you get the whole me, the sum of my professional and life experience. Don’t be surprised if my anecdotes come from a prior business experience, or, a Country Women’s Association of Victoria meeting!
My work is influenced and inspired by my life’s passions. I understand how important your business is in your life and I’ll help you to make time for everything else that is as important.
My values, in life and business, are:
Honesty
Integrity (you know, doing the right thing even when no one is watching)
Authenticity
Equity
My approach
The impact of my work
Many businesses I’ve worked with have increased their profitability and sustained their growth. By working with me, you’ll also understand how your success has been achieved, to allow you to replicate it. I work with you to harness the real benefits of business ownership; freedom to do what you want, and when.
As Jonathan points out, it’s easy for small creative businesses to feel as though their destinies are defined by the next client through the door. But with the right advice and planning, you can break the cycle of reactivity and take charge of your own destiny.
